Q: Where is your gym? 
We're based on High Glencairn Street, Kilmarnock - directly across from  Aldi.
Q: Is there parking available? 
There is free parking on nearby side streets.
Q: When are the sessions? 
Q: How long are the sessions?
Group personal training sessions and Yoga are 60 minutes long. Engine classes are 50 minutes. 
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed the form, we'll arrange a quick call to answer any questions and get your intro session booked. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available most Thursday evenings.
Q: What's included? 
You get 12 coached sessions, nutrition support, body scans and coach accountability, all delivered in our private gym.
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached programme. 
Q: How much is it? 
The challenge is currently £149. 
Q: Do I need to be fit already? 
No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your current fitness level.
